Mark Bandrauk

Mark Bandrauk is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ProMetic Life Sciences, Inc., which he joined in May 2006.
He was Senior Counsel of Desjardins Securities and Senior Transaction Specialist of Nortel Networks.
Mr. Bandrauk worked at VoiceAge and Avanex Corporation and was Legal Counsel of Abitibi-Consolidated, Inc. Previously, he was a Junior Partner of Demers & Associates of Sherbrooke.
Mr. Bandrauk received a Law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke, an MBA from McGill University and a Diploma in International Business Studies from Universita Commerciale L.
