Malinda Powers Berardino

Ms. Berardino joined Church Capital Management in 1993.
She began her career with Wm.
Sword & Co., an investment banking firm serving international clients.
She directed investment banking for First Eastern Merchant Banking Group, Inc., a regional merchant banking.
As a partner and manager of First Eastern Capital Fund, Ms. Berardino evaluated and managed venture capital investments for this institutional equity pool.
Among her professional affiliations, Ms. Berardino serves on the Investment Committee of the Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation.
She has served on the Board of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, the Board of the Wharton Club, and is a past member of the Forum of Executive Women in Philadelphia.
Ms. Berardino received her MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Connecticut College, New London, Connecticut with a BA in Government.
