The firm was founded in 1985 and is a subsidiary of Jupiter Investment Management Group Ltd., ultimately owned by Jupiter Fund Management plc (LON: JUP). They were previously a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG until 2007 when their senior management acquired the firm through a management buyout. The firm offers a range of actively managed strategies available to UK and international clients including equities, fixed income, multi-asset and alternatives. JAM is a signatory on a number of key initiatives such as the UN Principles for Responsible Investment.

Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. (MGI-UK) is an investment management firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm was founded in 1994 as Minkgrove Ltd. and they became Old Mutual Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2012 after the merger of Skandia Investment Group and Old Mutual Asset Managers (UK) Ltd. They renamed into Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2018. The firm is a direct subsidiary of Jupiter Fund Management Plc (LON: JUP), which acquired the firm in 2020. MGI-UK provides asset management services to sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, endowments, family offices and other financial institutions.

UBS AG (Investment Management) (UBS-IM) is the Swiss investment management division of UBS AG, itself a subsidiary of UBS Group AG (SWX: UBSG, NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland. Formerly known as UBS Global Asset Management Switzerland, the firm was founded in 1998 when Union Bank of Switzerland and Swiss Bank Corporation merged. Headquartered in Zurich and has additional office in Basel, UBS-IM manages a range of investment funds and offers investment management services for institutional, corporate and private clients.
