Mr. Boisvert joined Montrusco Bolton in 1997.
Prior to joining Montrusco Bolton, Mr. Boisvert taught economics at the collegial level, and specialized in issues pertaining to the global economy and international economic relations.
He also worked as a socioeconomic assistance officer in Quebec’s ministre de la Scurit du Revenu and as a representative of the Quebec Association of Economists on Hydro-Quebecs development committee.
Mr. Boisvert earned a Bachelor of Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal in 1989 and has also held a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Quebec in Montreal since 1993.
He is a member of the Quebec Association of Economists and the Canadian Economics Association.
