Mr. Mack is a former president and CEO of Sabre Industries, Inc., a Corinthian portfolio company.
He joined Sabre Communications in 1992 and has served in a variety of positions with Sabre Communications including President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Mack began his career in the tall tower industry at Stainless, Inc., prior to joining Sabre Communications in 1992.
As an executive advisor to Corinthian, Mr. Mack assists in the evaluation of transactions in the telecom, utility, power, and infrastructure industries and markets.
In addition, Mr. Mack has a broad network of contacts with proven executives in these and related industries that extend his reach as needed to assist in due diligence of potential transactions prior to closing, as well as the management of investments post-closing.
His insight and experience proved invaluable during his tenure as President of Sabre Industries during the period of Corinthian ownership and afterwards for the next owner.
Mr. Mack has driven company sales to record revenues and profits and has added value and management strength in several companies since then.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
