Jake Roffman

Jake is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 39 North.
He focuses on origination, structuring, and all financial aspects of 39 North investments.
He currently serves on the board of eegee’s, DRC, and LawLers Barbecue.
Prior to 39 North, Jake was a Partner at 13th Floor Investments, a real estate private equity firm where he focused on sourcing and capitalizing opportunistic investments in South Florida.
Jake previously focused on small-cap private equity transactions across various business services industries at H.I.G.
Capital, a $40Bn+ global firm.
He started his career in the Global Industrials and Services group at Credit Suisse.
Jake holds an MBA from the Wharton School and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance.
He is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
