Hall David

Mr. Hall David, CFA, is a SVP & Head of Quantitative Strategy at Brinker Capital Investments LLC.
In this role, he is responsible for developing quantitative tools and providing analysis and recommendations to support Brinker Capital’s risk-management and portfolio construction, manager research, and asset allocation processes.
He has over 17 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining Brinker Capital, he worked at TFS Capital as a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager, where he participated in all aspects of research, development, and implementation of security-selection strategies and models.
He also contributed to both portfolio construction and risk-management processes.
He also worked as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Q46 Inc. and Columbia Management.
He graduated from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and from Columbia University with a Master of Science in financial engineering.
Additionally, he received a Professional Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University.
He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
He is also a Professional Risk Manager and a member of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association.
