Erica Egenes

Erica supports and helps to oversee SIP’s legal matters.
Previously, Erica was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she advised private equity firms and public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, investments, dispositions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions across a wide range of industries.
Erica received a BA in Political Science and French from Northwestern University and her JD, cum laude with Order of the Coif distinction, from Duke University School of Law, where she served as articles editor of the Duke Law Journal.
After law school, Erica served as a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Joseph R.
Slights III on the Delaware Court of Chancery.
