Schots is a Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Carlton Capital Partners LLP.
Before Carlton Capital, he was worked as the Chief Investment Officer at Bank Morgan Stanley AG.
Prior to this, he spent ten years at Morgan Stanley where he led a team that advised a number of wealthy families and institutions around the world.
In 2001 he was Director General at Banque Morgan Stanley (Suisse) with responsibility for the Private Banking business covering Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was responsible for European sales at Rolfe & Nolan Plc, a firm specialising in margin and risk management systems for futures and options.
Mr. Schots is a Fellow of the Securities and Investments Institute and holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
