Donald Thomas

Mr. Donald Thomas is Senior Research Analyst at Glass, Lewis & Co. LLC.
Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Mr. Thomas was a Vice President in the Accounting Policy group of a large financial institution.
Prior to that, he was a staff member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, where he served as the project manager on FASB Interpretation No.
48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes.
Prior to the FASB, he worked in technical accounting and SEC reporting at two public companies, and also spent seven years in public accounting at Big 4 firms.
Mr. Thomas is a CPA and is a graduate of Bryant College.
