The firm was founded by Robert “Rob” Branton in 2014. Contego Capital provides investment management services, as a sub-advisor to, AlphaCentric Advisors LLC, an unaffiliated investment adviser which provides services to pooled investment vehicles that are investment companies registered under the 1940 Act; to individual investors and to pension and profit-sharing plans on a discretionary and nondiscretionary basis.

Founded in 2012, Pacific View Asset Management LLC is a wealth management firm and registered investment advisor located in San Francisco, California. The firm's managing member is Condor Trading LP, also Condor Trading is also the parent entity and majority owner of BTIG LLC, a U.S. registered broker-dealer, which is the parent entity several of Pacific View's affiliated broker-dealers. Pacific View provides discretionary for institutional and high net worth clients, although they may, from time to time, provide continuous portfolio management services on a non-discretionary basis.

The Leuthold Group was founded in 1981 as an independent investment research firm. In 1987, members of The Leuthold Group founded LWCM to provide investment advisory services. The firm is majority employee-owned. LWCM serves as an investment advisor to separately managed accounts, Leuthold mutual funds, Leuthold ETF and a private fund that offers to a wide range of clients, including individuals, trusts, foundations, charitable organizations, corporations, government entities, unions, limited partnerships, endowments, investment companies, and pension plans.
