Brad Spooner

Mr. Spooner joined American Capital in July 2004 in the Bethesda office.
He began his career as an audit associate for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Dallas, Texas.
During his four year tenure at Deloitte, he served as both an associate auditor and later as a senior auditor for clients in several industries; including manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, and real estate.
Mr. Spooner subsequently joined ORIX Capital Markets, LLC in Dallas as a senior internal auditor and concentrated primarily on performing operational audits on ORIX's various divisions.
Mr. Spooner received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Financial Management in May 1999 from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and is currently a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
