Benjamin Legourd

BPIFrance Investissement SAS (BPIfrance Investissement) is the private equity arm and subsidiary of State-owned Banque Publique d'Investissement in France. Formerly known as CDC Entreprises SAS, the firm was established in 1994 to carry out public-interest missions such as employment creation and momentum initiation in the private equity field. In 2013 they became BPIfrance Investissement when CDC Entreprises, FSI and FSI Régions merged. Headquartered in Paris, BPIfrance Investissement invests of behalf of the Government of France, as well as for third parties including FEI-Fonds Européen d'Investissement, BEI-Banque Européenne d'Investissement and BPCE SA. The firm invests directly or indirectly in SMEs and intermediate-sized companies at all stages of their development.
