Albert John Brenner

Mr. Albert J.
Brenner, CFA, is a Director of Investment & Economic Research & SVP at People's United Advisors, Inc. In his role, he shares responsibility for the firm’s portfolio construction process and co-chairs the Asset Allocation Strategy Committee.
He has been with the firm since 2011.
Prior to joining People's United, he was Executive Managing Director of Asset Allocation Parametrics, a firm providing asset allocation guidance for nonprofit endowments.
Previous roles included Director of Finance and Operations at the Ethel Walker School and Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Northeast Savings, F.A.
(now part of Bank of America), where he managed $2.2 billion in investments, $700 million in borrowings, and $200 million in derivatives.
He holds a B.S.
from the University of Notre Dame and masters’ degrees from Yale University and the University of Oxford.
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Albert is a member of the CFA Society of Hartford.
