Adam B. Rasmussen

Mr. Rasmussen joined EDS (Electronic Data Systems) in 1997 as a financial analyst.
While at EDS, he served in several capacities.
His first assignment was in Miami, Florida reporting to the VP of Latin American Operations.
He assisted in compiling and analyzing financial data to aid the VP in his decision making.
He was then assigned to Sao Paulo, Brazil where he was in charge of determining the current cost structure of the GM Latin American Infrastructure developed by EDS.
After Brazil, he was assigned to San Francisco, California to work on the Blue Shield of California Account.
While in San Francisco, Mr. Rasmussen assisted in the successful merging of the EDS Desktop Group with the EDS Health Care Services Group for the Blue Shield of California Account.
Prior to his work at EDS, Mr. Rasmussen was a student at Brigham Young University, where he earned his B.S.
degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.
During this time, he worked as a Project Analyst for Beesmark Investments, started his own business venture, and served as the Financial Society President.
He presently resides in Orem, Utah.
