Previously, Mr. Kerr was a Senior Managing Director at OMERS Realty Corp.
from 2011 to 2013.
He also served as a Director at Sociedad Austral de Electricidad SA in 2011.
Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board from 1998 to 2011.
He began his career as a Principal at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Mr. Kerr obtained his undergraduate degree from Carleton University in 1996.
