Das Jahr 2017 war für unser Asset-Management das absolute Rekordjahr. Alle unsere Produkte konnten ihre Benchmarks und Vergleichfonds outperformen. Besonders stolz sind wir auf unseren Flagship-Fonds Mozart One, der mit einer Jahresperformance von 44% zu den besten Fonds der Welt gezählt hat und der beste Fonds Österreichs war. Unser Dynamischer Dachfonds bekam bei den Österreichischen Dachfonds Awards den ersten Platz für seine Ein-Jahres-Performance und den zweiten Platz für die 3-Jahres Performance. Unser europäischer Immobilien-Aktienfonds, der Wiener Privatbank Property, hat mit einer Performance von 22% als bester europäischer Immobilienfonds abgeschlossen.

Zum Ausblick 2018:Das Zinsumfeld in Europa wird ein ganz niedriges bleiben. Wir bleiben bei unserer Anlagestrategie, Aktien über zu gewichten. Im Aktienmarkt gewichten wir speziell Europa über, wo wir nach wie vor Gewinn sehen und die Bewertung europäischer Aktien dadurch nach wie vor moderat ist. Wichtig im Aktienbereich ist das Stock-Picking - unsere Experten wählen Aktien ganz gezielt aus. Wie investieren in Aktien, deren Gewinne nach wie vor steigen und die Bewertung moderat ist - das ist der Schlüssel zur Outperformance. Im Jahr 2018 bleiben wir unserer Strategie, für unsere Kunden Experten für Sachwerte zu sein, selbstverständlich treu. Das beginnt bei der Immobilie, der Vorsorgewohnung und endet im Spezialaktienfonds.

Unser Capital Markets-Geschäft ist in stark wachsendes.Wir begleiten laufend Mittelstandsunternhemen auf dem Weg zum Kapitalmarkt, beispielsweise bei der Struktur von Unternehmensanleihen. In unserem Borkerage-Segment servicieren wir nicht nur große Investmentfonds, sondern haben auch ein Spezialservice für Privatanleger im Aktienbereich.

Ein wesentlicher Schritt für die Wiener Privatbank ist die Expansion in Zentral- und Osteuropa mit der ARCA-Gruppe. Neben den bestehenden Service in Österreich für unsere Kunden, werden wir Kunden in Zentral- und Osteuropa verstärkt servicieren und unsere Produkte in dieser Region anbieten.

The year 2017 was an utterly record-year for our asset-management.All of our products could outperform their benchmark and benchmark funds. We are especially proud of your Flagship Fund Mozart One, that with its annual performance of 44% belonged to one of the best funds worldwide and was the best-performing Austrian fund. Our Dynamic fund of funds was honored with the first prize for the one-year-performance as well as the second prize for the 3-years-performance at the 'Austrian Dachfonds-Awards'. Our European property-equity-fund Wiener Privtabnak Property, could complete as the best European property-fund with a performance of 22%.

Outlook 2018:the rate-environment in Europe will still remain low. We will continue our investment strategy to give more weight to stocks. In the stock-market we will give especially more weight to Europe, where we still see profit and the assessment of European stocks is moderate. In the stock range, stock-picking is important - our experts choose stocks specifically. We invest in stocks with increasing profits and a moderate assessment - that is the key to outperformance. In 2018, we will of course continue our strategy to be the experts for material assets for our clients. That starts with properties, our investment apartments and ends with special funds.

Our capital markets-business is increasing strongly. We accompany medium-scale enterprises on their way to the capital market, for example with the structure of cooperate bonds. In our brokerage-section, we provide services not just for major investment funds, but rather have a special service for private investors in the stock range.

An essential step for the Wiener Privatbank is the expansion in Central and Eastern Europewith the ARCA-group. Besides the existing services in Austria for our clients, we will intensively provide services to clients in Central and Eastern Europe and supply our products in this area.
