Die SCHNIGGE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG informiert im Auftrag der
Anwaltskanzlei CMS Hasche Sigle Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten und
Steuerberatern mbB ("CMS") und des auf finanzwirtschaftliche
Restrukturierungen spezialisierten Beratungshauses Houlihan Lokey (Europe)
Ltd. ("Houlihan Lokey") hiermit über eine durch die
Restrukturierungsberater einer Gruppe von institutionellen
Anleihegläubigern und der SdK Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V.
("SdK") organisierte Informations-Telefonkonferenz anlässlich der
bevorstehenden Anleihegläubigerversammlung der Anleihe 11/16 der German
Pellets GmbH (die "German Pellets Anleihe"). CMS und Houlihan Lokey bieten
interessierten Anleihegläubigern an, am
Montag, den 1. Februar 2016 um 17:00 Uhr (MEZ)
an einer Informations- Telefonkonferenz zur bevorstehenden
Anleihegläubigerversammlung der German Pellets Anleihe teilzunehmen.
Hintergrund der Informations- Telefonkonferenz ist das von der German
Pellets GmbH am 26. Januar 2016 veröffentlichte Angebot, die German Pellets
Anleihe um zwei Jahre zu verlängern und gleichzeitig die Anleihe mit einem
Anteil am Stammkapital der Gesellschaft zu besichern und ihren Zinssatz zu
senken. Diese Angebot ist Grundlage einer ebenfalls am 26. Januar 2016
German Pellets GmbH am 26. Januar 2016 veröffentlichten Einladung zu einer
Anleihegläubigerversammlung am 10. Februar 2016. Eine Gruppe von
institutionellen Anleihegläubigern hält gemeinsam mit weiteren durch die
SdK vertretenen Gläubigern (gemeinsam die "Anlegergruppe") die
vorgeschlagene Beschlussfassung zur Restrukturierung der 11/16 Anleihe für
unzureichend und lehnt den Vorschlag aufgrund der unverhältnismäßigen
Belastung der betroffenen Anleihegläubiger ab. Um die wirtschaftlichen
Interessen der Anleihegläubiger bestmöglich zu wahren und eine gemeinsame
Interessenvertretung für die Anleihegläubiger zu erreichen, arbeitet die
Anlegergruppe mit CMS und Houlihan Lokey zusammen.
CMS und Houlihan Lokey werden in dem Telefonat ausschließlich auf der Basis
von öffentlich zugänglichen Informationen über die aus der Sicht der
Anlegergruppe wirtschaftlich und rechtlich relevanten Aspekte einer
möglichen Restrukturierung der German Pellets Anleihe und der Vorschläge
der German Pellets GmbH informieren. Zudem werden sie interessierten
Anleihegläubigern die Möglichkeit einer Interessenbündelung in Bezug auf
die bevorstehende Anleihegläubigerversammlung anbieten. Nach Ansicht der
Anlegergruppe ist eine solche Interessenbündelung unerlässlich, um einer
weiteren erheblichen Gefährdung der wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen
Interessen der Anleihegläubiger entgegenzutreten.

Sie bitte einen aktuellen Depotauszug, der Sie als Gläubiger der German
Pellets Anleihe ausweist sowie Ihren Namen bzw. den Namen Ihres
Unternehmens an die vorstehende E-Mail-Adresse. Sie werden sodann für die
Teilnahme an dem Informations- Telefonkonferenz freigeschaltet und erhalten
die entsprechende Einwahlnummer per E-Mail sowie eine durch CMS und
Houlihan Lokey erstellte Informationsunterlage, die Grundlage der
Telefonkonferenz sein wird.

(Europe) Ltd. ("Houlihan Lokey") which specialises in financial
restructuring, SCHNIGGE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG hereby gives notification
of a conference call for information purposes arranged by the restructuring
consultants of a group of institutional bond holders and SdK
Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. ("SdK") with regard to the
forthcoming bond holders' meeting of bond 11/16 of German Pellets GmbH (the
"German Pellets Bond"). CMS and Houlihan Lokey offer interested bond
holders the opportunity to participate in a conference call for information
purposes regarding the forthcoming bond holders' meeting of the German
Pellets Bond on
Monday, 1 February 2016 at 5.00 pm (CET).
The background to this conference call for information purposes is the
offer published by German Pellets GmbH on 26 January 2016 to extend the
German Pellets Bond by two years and to simultaneously secure the bond by a
share in the stated capital of the company and to lower the interest rate.
This offer forms the basis of an invitation to a bond holders' meeting on
10 February 2016 which was also published by German Pellets GmbH on 26
January 2016. A group of institutional bond holders together with other
creditors represented by SdK (jointly referred to as the "Investor Group")
deems the proposed resolution for restructuring the 11/16 bond
inappropriate and rejects the proposal because this would mean imposing a
disproportionate burden on the bond holders concerned. In order to
safeguard the economic interests of the bond holders in the best possible
manner and to achieve joint representation of the bond holders, the
Investor Group cooperates with CMS and Houlihan Lokey.
During the telephone call, CMS and Houlihan Lokey will state the economic
and legal aspects which are relevant from the perspective of the Investor
Group in connection with a potential restructuring of the German Pellets
Bond and the proposals made by German Pellets GmbH, basing their assessment
solely on publicly available information. In addition, they will offer
interested bond holders the opportunity to pool their interests with regard
to the forthcoming bond holders' meeting. In the Investor Group's view,
such a pooling of interests is indispensable to prevent the economic and
legal interests of the bond holders from being put at a further substantial
risk.
In order to be able to participate in the conference call for information
purposes, prior registration under the email address

a current securities account statement evidencing your capacity as creditor
of the German Pellet Bond and showing your name or the name of your company
to the aforementioned email address. You will then be admitted to the
conference call for information purposes and receive the respective dial-in
number by email as well as an information document prepared by CMS and
Houlihan Lokey, which will form the basis for the conference call.
