AVentures Capital (AVentures) is an independent Ukraine-based venture capital firm which was founded in 2000 by Andrey Kolodyuk, Vladimir Kolodyuk and Vladimir Dobrovolski. Based in Kiev, the firm manages the AVentures Capital venture fund, an early-stage venture capital fund, aiming to partner with strong teams of passionate entrepreneurs from the Ukraine and Russia to build great technology and innovative businesses. They aim to bridge gaps in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, in particular the spaces between entrepreneurial talent and the lack of venture financing in the region; disruptive technologies developed locally and global markets with unmet demand and successful western business models and under-served local markets.

Icon Private Equity (Icon PE) is the Russian private equity subsidiary of Icon Private Equity in Cyprus founded in 2007 The firm has headquarters in Usovo and in Kiev, Ukraine and manage the Icon Private Equity Fund LP.
