The Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Works segment refers to the infrastructure projects, physical equipment installation, and fixed network solutions such as outside plant, open trenching, micro-trenching, and horizontal directional drilling for optical fiber installation. The Telecommunication Equipment Installation segment offers outdoor radio frequency design, drive-test, post processing, analysis and optimization of coverage, equipment commissioning and integration, and managed services operations and maintenance. The In-Building System segment includes radio frequency design within buildings, equipment installation, commissioning and integration within buildings, as well as managed services operations and maintenance within buildings and fixed network solutions within buildings. The company was founded by Hock Leong Tan in 1993 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
