Urs D. Gloor

Mr. Urs D.
Gloor is Partner at Bank La Roche & Co AG.
He gained his first experience of professional practice at the Cantonal Tax Commission, the Civil Court of Basel and finally the law firm of Prof.
Dr. Pascal Simonius.
He also worked in the legal and tax department of Ernst & Young.
After periods spent in Paris and London, he wrote a dissertation on company law before joining La Roche 1787, private bankers in 2001.
He sits – and has sat – on the boards of a number of charitable organisations.
Mr. Gloor studied law at the University of Basel, specialising in tax law.
