Tom Holt

Mr. Tom Holt is a Director-Legislative & Regulatory Affairs at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.
He has wealth of experience developing public policy, lobbying, developing public relations strategies and working as a newspaper editor.
Notably, he helped create the Oregon Patient Safety Commission, and most recently represented health and human ser vices interests as a lobbyist before the Oregon State Legislature.
Prior to that, he served as the Executive Director of the Oregon State Pharmacy Association and ran his own public relations consulting firm.
Mr. Holt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in communication studies at Northwestern University.
