Tjarda Clagett

Mr. Clagett has been one of trustees since October 2003.
Mr. Clagett was a Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets until June 2001 and has been principally employed as a private investor since then.
Mr. Clagett is a Group II trustee and will serve until our 2006 annual meeting of shareholders and until his successor is elected and qualifies.
