Edwards is Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
He is a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice and Hospitality, Resort & Golf Industry Team.
Mr. Edwards' practice primarily focuses on the complex array of land use, land development, hotel, and project finance issues.
In addition to commercial real estate, he handles litigation cases associated with real estate development, title claims, and land use matters.
Mr. Edwards also serves as a mediator for commercial disputes in federal and state court.
Mr. Edwards serves as general counsel for Rosen Hotels and Resorts, the largest private hotelier in Central Florida, as well as BAGS, the leading company in remote baggage transportation for hotels, convention centers, and cruise lines.
Mr. Edwards served as bond counsel and borrower's counsel on the UCF-Rosen School of Hospitality Bond financing.
Mr. Edwards received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Stetson University in DeLand in 1978 and his J.D.
from Duke University School of Law in 1981.
He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1981.
