Talia Rafaeli

Talia Rafaeli is a Partner at KOMPAS.
She manages the Tel Aviv office and is responsible for investments in Israel, the Iberian Penninsula, and jointly with Andreas Strasser, the US.
Talia started her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital in New York and London, covering the retail and technology sectors.
She also spent several years working at Accenture as an IT infrastructure consultant in Madrid and Tel Aviv.
Prior to launching KOMPAS, Talia led investments on behalf of Porsche Ventures with a focus on deep-tech deals in mobility innovation, software architecture and emerging automotive technologies.
She holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School at Columbia University in New York and a dual bachelors degree in Economics and Computer Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
