Tellimer Ltd. is an independent Great Britain-based frontier market brokerage firm which was founded in 1999 by Peter Bartlett as Exotix Partners LLP through joint venture with ICAP plc. Headquartered in London, the firm specializes in illiquid bonds and loans, equities, structured finance, asset management, research and capital raising in frontier markets. In 2007, private holding company IPGL Ltd. became a significant shareholder in the firm.
