Steve Morse

Mr. Morse joined Royal Palm Capital Partners in 2007.
Mr. Morse has years of experience in senior management positions in numerous public and privately held companies.
He was with NationsRent, Inc., a national chain of equipment sale and rental stores, from 1999 to 2003 as the Chief Administrative Officer and member of senior management.
He was responsible for administration, human resources, training and risk management for the firm.
In 1994 Mr. Morse became a senior executive and founding officer of AutoNation, Inc., where he was responsible for administration and the integration of business acquisitions.
From 1991 to 1994 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Huizenga Holdings, Inc., a management and holding company owned by H.
Wayne Huizenga, whose investments included several publicly held companies.
He also served in various senior executive roles in several of Mr. Huizenga’s privately owned companies.
From 1988 to 1991 Mr. Morse was with Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation in a variety of management roles.
From 1987 to 1988 he was a partner with the public accounting firm of Lukic & Morse, CPAs.
Mr. Morse also was employed as a certified public accountant by the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand from 1984 to 1987.
He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in accounting from Barry University in Miami in 1983, where he has also been a member of the Executive Council to the Board of Directors of the Dwayne Andreas School of Business.
Mr. Morse is also an owner of and partner in several other privately held businesses, including Deerfield Ranch Winery, LLC of Sonoma California and Cellars Wine & Spirits Warehouse, Inc.
