Prior to joining Grove in 2008, Mr. Goldmark was a Senior Investment Manager at the IBM Retirement Fund where he was responsible for investing a $4.6 billion portfolio of public and private equity real estate, achieving industry leading returns.
From 1983 to 1998, Mr. Goldmark was responsible for managing the design and development of large, high profile IBM-owned office facilities in major US cities.
From 1975 to 1983, Mr. Goldmark had several management positions with design oversight for IBM facilities around the world.
Mr. Goldmark holds a B.Arch from Pratt Institute and is a licensed architect.
