Steve Bailey

Mr. Stephen Bailey is Senior Managing Director at Heitman Real Estate Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Heitman, Mr. Bailey served as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager at U.S.
Bancorp.
While employed by U.S.
Bancorp and one other publicly traded national banking association, he gained experience in debt work-outs and restructurings, structured financing, front-line relationship management and executive management of a large and profitable business unit.
His experience includes construction and leasing of office and industrial properties during his time at a commercial development firm.
He is a member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
He is also on the Advisory Board of the James A.
Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and he is a frequent participant in industry-related panels and conferences.
Mr. Bailey received a BS in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
