Dixon, aged 45 years, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2002.
He brings over two decades of executive level experience in financial management, corporate finance and strategic business plan development and implementation to the compny.
From November 2000 to November 2002, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with The Scully Companies, a privately held provider of regional transportation services located in Fontana, California.
He also spent two years in various senior management positions, most recently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, U.S.
and Canada for the largest division of Bax Global, Inc., a $2 billion provider of global transportation and supply chain services located in Irvine, California.
Prior to corporate management positions, he began his career with Coopers & Lybrand, Certified Public Accountants in Philadelphia, PA.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Pennsylvania, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He graduated with honors receiving a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from Bucknell University.
