Amundi Czech Republic Asset Management as (Amundi CR) is the Czech Republic-based asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SpA, ultimately held by SAS Rue de la Boétie’s Credit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA; ADR: CRARY) in France. Established in 1992 by Komercní banka, the firm was acquired by Société Générale Asset Management in 2005 and became part of Amundi Group in 2010. Headquartered in Prague, Amundi CR manages assets for institutional and retail clients.

Pioneer Investments Austria GmbH (PIA) is the Austrian asset management arm of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by Rue de la Boetie's Credit Agricole SA (XP: ACA; ADR; CRARY) in France. The firm dates to 1956 when Creditanstalt established Österreichische Investment Gesellschaft, which merged with Bank Austria’s investment company in 1998 and became Pioneer Investments Austria in 2006. Established in 1995, the firm manages domestically-registered mutual funds and distributes offshore Pioneer funds managed within the parent group. PIC is located in Prague. Their clients are institutions, high-net worth individuals and retail investors.
