Olympus Capital Holdings Asia (Japan) (OCHA-J) is the Tokyo office of Olympus Capital Holdings Asia, an independent investment firm established in 1997 with the support of the Ziff family, and based in Hong Kong and New York. Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Ltd. is a significant shareholder. The group has additional offices in Shanghai, Seoul and Delhi. OCHA-J was established in 2001. The firm specializes in private equity investments throughout Asia, and focuses on adapting their business practices to the local environment. They set-up and manage investment funds for an international clientele of institutions and high-net worth families.

The firm originated in 1974 and was formally founded in 1983. Headquartered in Tokyo, GSJCL offers Internet-based transaction services covering equity, debt, commodities and derivatives to a substantial and diversified client base, which includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high net worth individuals.
