Shari L. Huisman

Shari Huisman is a Senior Director, Chief Accounting Officer at Thoma Bravo.
Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2012 from JPMorgan’s Private Equity and Real Estate Services group, where she was an Assistant Vice President providing fund administration services to private equity clients.
Prior to JPMorgan, she was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young working on private equity and other asset management clients.
Shari is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BS in Accounting and a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
