Shane Whalen

Shane Whalen (33), has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since April 2003.
Prior to that, Mr. Whalen served as the Company’s Vice President of Corporate Development between October 2002 and April 2003.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Whalen was an independent management consultant between November 2000 and September 2002.
Prior to that, Mr. Whalen served as Chief Operating Officer for Next Generation, LLC, an entertainment production company, between August 1998 and November 2000.
Prior to that, Mr. Whalen served as Manager of Financial Services & Transportation for Accenture Consulting between January 1994 and August 1998.
Mr. Whalen received a B.A.
degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
