Saadiah joined Oxeon in 2014 and since then has led searches that span the C-Suite for a range of Oxeon's clients including Vera Whole Health, Cohere, Alignment Healthcare, ACES, and BAYADA Home Health, among many others.
In addition to traditional leadership searches, Saadiah has worked on investing, advisory, and Executive Chair positions with platforms such as Redesign Health, Rubicon Founders, and Town Hall Ventures.
She also co-led Oxeon's former partnership with the CMS Innovation Center, which yielded 50+ placements.
Saadiah graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont, where she studied Economics and Psychology.
She lives in Brooklyn with her husband Tim and outside of the office, can be found exploring different neighborhoods, sampling the city's newest burger joints, or planning her next adventure overseas.
