Mr. Dickinson was a co-founder of ULTRA, LLC prior to joining Amalgamated Bank in 2004.
He was previously employed from 1966 through 1998 by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and was appointed the Executive Assistant to the International Secretary for Investments and Employee Benefits in 1985.
He is a 40-year member of the IBEW.
From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Dickinson supervised the National Electrical Benefit Fund, with approximately $500 million in real estate investments.
During his tenure these funds provided over $600 million in construction financing.
Mr. Dickinson graduated from the University of Maryland in 1966 with a B.S.
in General Studies specializing in Economics and Business Administration.
