Roland Moser

Mr. Moser is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of J.H.
Whitney Investment Management, LLC.
Prior to joining JHWIM, he was COO of GFIA Pte.
Ltd., a hedge fund consulting, research and portfolio management company specializing in Asian and Emerging Markets hedge funds, where he was responsible for the entire company and fund operations, including finance and compliance.
Before GFIA, he was the CEO and also had been COO of creInvest Ltd., a Swiss Exchange listed investment company, founded and advised by Bank Julius Baer.
He was a specially qualified member of the investment committee for Swiss Funds with Special Risks of the Julius Baer Group (recognized by the Swiss Federal Banking Commission).
Before joining creInvest in 1998, he was a project team member non-traditional funds (i.e.
hedge funds) at Julius Baer Asset Management Ltd.
as well as a client advisor for Union Bank of Switzerland and Swiss Bank Corporation in Switzerland.
Mr. Moser holds a B.B.A.
of University of Applied Sciences, School of Business and Administration, Berne, Switzerland.
