Rohan Dyer

Rohan joined in 2014 as Head of Investor Relations and is an active member of Ethos’ Exco.
He is the primary interface between the firm and investors.
Ethos is pursuing a growth vision and Rohan is responsible for the firm’s fundraising initiatives.
The product offering has been expanded in recent years to include a Mid Market Fund, a Mezzanine Fund and an AI Fund.
In parallel, a permanent capital vehicle – Ethos Capital – was established to supplement the firm’s traditional LP base.
Rohan is jointly responsible for reviewing the valuations of Ethos investments.
He also manages the quarterly reporting process and coordinates the AGM for investors.
Rohan moved to Ethos from Investec.
He had 16 years’ experience as a sell-side analyst in the public markets, focused predominantly on the South African retail sector.
He was highly rated in the annual Financial Mail Analyst Surveys, consistently achieving a top 3 ranking.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Finance from the University of Natal.
