Founded in 1971, the firm is headquartered in Madrid and has a network of offices throughout Spain and local investment teams throughout the world. Santander AM manages a volume of assets for both individual and institutional clients, as well as for Santander Group subsidiaries in all geographies.

BBVA Asset Management SA SGIIC (BBVA-AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BME: BBVA, ADR: BBVA) in Spain. Founded in 1979 as BBV Gestinova, the firm became BBVA Gestión in 2000 when BBV Gestinova and Argentaria Gestión merged and was rebranded as BBVA-AM in 2008. They are headquartered in Madrid and manage pension plans and participate in the Latin American markets of Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. BBVA-AM also manages a range of investment mandates for insurance companies, employment plans and corporate clients through their platform in Luxembourg.

Santa Lucia Gestión SGIIC SA (Santa Lucia Gestión) is the Spanish fund management subsidiary of Santa Lucia Vida y Pensiones SA de Seguros y Reaseguros, itself a subsidiary of of Santa Lucía SA Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros in Spain. Originally known as Gesplusultra SGIIC SA, Santa Lucia Gestión was established after the 2000 merger of CGU and Norwich Union into CGNU, renamed Aviva in 2002. They are the Spanish fund specialist within Aviva and operate in close relationship with Aviva Investors Global Services (España) Ltd., which is the the Spanish office of AIGS, Aviva's global asset management business. Formerly known as Aviva Gestion, they changed their name to Santa Lucia Gestion in 2018. The firm is located in Madrid and provides fund management services to retail investors and institutions.

Singular Asset Management SGIIC SA (Singular) is the investment management subsidiary of Singular Banks SA in Spain. The firm was founded by Carlos Cerezo Jimenez in 2002 as Belgravia Capital SGIIC SA. Headquartered in Madrid, Singular manages European equity portfolios and UCITS for individual and institutional clients.
