Richard T.
Spencer III was Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Physician Relations for Bioheart, Inc. from December, 2001 to August 31, 2008.
He is Founder and a Director of Viacor, Inc. From April, 1982 to July, 1987, Mr. Spencer was President of the Marketing Division of Cordis Corporation, a Member of the Executive Committee and a Vice President of Cordis Dow Corporation.
He was Chief Operating Officer of World Medical from 1993 to January, 1999.
Mr. Spencer was Military Intelligence Analyst for the top secret security clearance of the US Army Counter Intelligence Corps.
He received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1959.
