Operating as part of the Macquarie Capital Advisers division, MCEL provides investment advisory services in the UK and in continental Europe. In relation with Macquarie Securities Group, they provide access to Asia Pacific markets for European clients. The firm was founded in 1969 and is a subsidiary of Macquarie Corporate International Holdings Pty Ltd., ultimately held by Macquarie Group Ltd. (ASX: MQG) in Australia. MSAL serves as the brokering entity for the Macquarie Group.
