Paul R. Richardson

A Securities Sales Executive with more than 30 years broad-based management experience and a realistic understanding of market constraints and opportunities, Mr. Richardson is president of JHS Capital Advisors’ Retail and Institutional Investment Group.
He has a successful track record of growing businesses through recruiting and training registered representatives, and has proven success in monitoring expenses, reducing fixed costs and increasing profitability.
Mr. Richardson is the co-founder and former CEO of Pointe Capital, Inc., which was acquired by JHS Capital Holdings, Inc. in December 2009.
A consistently profitable retail independent broker-dealer, he grew the practice to include 110 registered representatives throughout the United States.
Before this venture, he was Chief Operating Officer of Sterling Financial Investment Services in Boca Raton, Fla., where he led the firm through its transition from a transactional-based business to a higher-quality asset-based business.
Key positions prior to this venture included founding an executive search firm for the financial services industry and serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Branches and Branch Development for JWGenesis Securities, where he oversaw 14 NYSE branch offices with 150 brokers in southeast Florida, Georgia, California and New York.
Mr. Richardson is the past president and CEO of KeyClearing Corporation and the past Executive Vice President of KeyServices Investment Operations.
He also served as regional director of Prudential Securities, where he managed 33 branches and more than 1,000 employees in Arizona, California and Hawaii, and grew regional revenues from $130 million to more than $200 million in only two years.
