Moore is currently the Chairman of the Pascagoula Redevelopment Authority, a Director at Merchants & Marine Bank, an Independent Director at Merchants & Marine Bancorp, Inc., the President of the Navy League of the United States, the President of Singing River Radiology Group, and the President of The Singing River Medical Society, Inc. He has formerly served as the President of the Mississippi State Medical Association, the Secretary & Treasurer of Singing River Hospital System, the President of the Mississippi Radiological Society, and the President of the Southern Radiological Society.
Dr. Moore has an undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
