Close Asset Management Ltd. (Close AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Close Asset Management Holdings Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Close Brothers Group plc (LSE: CBG, ADR: CBGPY) in Great Britain. The firm was founded in 1982 and does business as Close Brothers Asset Management. Headquartered in London, Close AM provides a bespoke investment management service to private clients, trusts and corporates.

Close Multi Manager Ltd. (CMM) is a subsidiary of Close Investments Ltd., which is the investment arm and a subsidiary of the independent investment banking group Close Brothers Group plc (LSE: CBG). Established in 2000 as Escher UK Asset Management Ltd., the firm was acquired in 2005 and renamed Close TEAMS Ltd. In 2007, Dublin-based Aon Asset Management Ltd., established in 2003, was acquired. The two firmed merged and became Close Multi Manager Ltd., based in London. CMM specializes in providing manager-of-managers services, the core activity of Close Investments which also has alternative capabilities including property investments and structured products. The firm's clients are primarily institutions, particularly pension funds. CMM focuses on small- to medium-sized UK pension funds, covering both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. The firm also serves the retail market through their alliance with Norwich Union.
