Mr. Osamu Ebinuma is Chief Investment Officer, Head of Acquisition and Managing Director at IDERA Capital Management Ltd.
Mr. Ebinuma has over 20 years of real estate investment and management experiences in Japan and the United States.
His main responsibility is to oversee all of IDERA’s investment activities and supervises IDERA’s acquisition function.
He joined MK in 2009 and helped the firm launch asset management services for international clients and strengthened its platform.
Prior to joining MK, Mr. Ebinuma spent 7 years at Deutsche Securities in its real estate asset management arm (RREEF) as Head of Asset Management and Acquisition, Japan, and worked on projects such as acquisition and management of office and retail properties for European core investors.
Prior to joining Deutsche Securities, he held management positions at Morgan Stanley Properties Japan and headed Hard Asset Management, Hard Asset Acquisition and NPL Acquisition.
