Oliver Meng

Mr. Oliver Meng is a Senior Fund Manager at Vantagepoint Investment Advisers LLC.
He is responsible for providing oversight of several fixed income funds and subadvisers, researching investment strategy for the funds, reviewing stable value issuer contractual provisions and negotiating investment guidelines with stable value wrap providers.
Prior to December 2014, he was the Senior Investment Risk Manager and was primarily responsible for conducting portfolio risk analysis of equity, fixed income and stable value portfolios.
Mr. Meng has more than 12 years of experience in the investment industry.
Before joining ICMA-RC in February 2011, he was a Portfolio Analyst at Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for portfolio analysis and recommending risk adjustment opportunities.
Prior to that, he was a Finance Manager at Capital One where he was responsible for liquidity, counterparty and credit risk analysis.
Mr. Meng received a BA in International Economics and Business from Nankai University and a MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University.
He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, and the Financial Risk Manager designation.
He is a member of the CFA Society of Washington, DC and Global Association of Risk Professionals.
