Nicholas Stephen Borst

Mr. Nicholas S.
Borst, CFA, is a Vice President & Director of China Research at Seafarer Capital Partners LLC.
He joined Seafarer Capital Partners in 2018.
Prior to joining Seafarer, Mr. Borst was a Senior Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco covering financial and economic developments in Greater China.
Previously, he was the China Program Manager and a research associate at the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
Mr. Borst has also worked as an Analyst at the World Bank.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Arizona and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
He is a CFA charter holder and is a member of the CFA Institute.
