Nancy Zhu

Ms. Nancy Zhu is a Head of Investment Analysis & Asset Management at CP2 Group Ltd.
She is on the Board of Directors at ConnectEast Pty Ltd.
Ms. Zhu has extensive management and operational expertise gained with Sydney Airport where she worked for more than seven years.
She held senior management positions including Manager of Strategy and Finance, Trading Policy Manager and Transport Business Manager.
She was directly involved in the trade sale of Sydney Airport in 2002 and the $500 million Sydney Airport redevelopment program.
Ms. Zhu was previously the Director and Head of Retail Services for CB Richard Ellis in Shanghai, a key property sector organisation and held responsibility across Greater China.
