Monica Yavin

Monica Yavin is the Chief People Officer of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.
Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Yavin was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Learning and Development at First Eagle Investments.
In this role, Ms. Yavin was responsible for strategic human capital initiatives for the investment, sales and marketing teams and leading the Learning and Development function, which involved designing and implementing its Performance Management and Talent strategy, and Leadership Development programs.
Prior to First Eagle, Ms. Yavin held leadership roles in learning and development at American International Group and Citigroup.
Ms. Yavin began her career as a Financial Analyst at Bank of America.
Ms. Yavin earned a B.S.
in business administration from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in organizational development from Fordham University.
