Previously, he was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Co., where he focused on raising debt and equity capital as well as mergers and acquisition transactions for public companies in the financial services industry.
He also spent three years at Ford Motor Company where he completed a management training program and held a number of sales and marketing positions.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Chicago Jesuit Academy, a full scholarship middle school focused on students from modest economic backgrounds.
Mr. Miller earned a BS from the Miami University School of Business and an MBA from the J.L.
Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
